Senior Associate – Lawyer
Location: New Delhi (WFO)
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Education: Graduate/ Post-graduate in Law from a well ranked Law School
What we are looking for:
Our firm is looking for experienced lawyers for our Litigation Division to manage a complex mixed caseload of client matters and provide clients with high quality legal advice. Major responsibilities:
Litigation:
Representing clients before the district courts, High Court, Supreme Court, tribunals, commissions, and other authorities.
Drafting and vetting of various petitions, pleadings, writs, affidavits, counter affidavits, appeals, miscellaneous applications, affidavits, civil or criminal complaints and notices.
Liaise with statutory, regulatory and/or
quasi-judicial authorities as and when required.
Conducting research on legal issues associated with cases and drafting legal briefs & motions to be submitted.
2.Qualification & Experience:
Should be a graduate/ post-graduate in Law from a premier institution like National Law University (NLU), Symbiosis Law School, Jindal Global Law School, GLC (Mumbai), Campus Law Centre (Delhi) only.
Must possess post qualification experience as a practicing advocate of at least 3 years. We will consider resumes of 3 years and higher
Must possess a high standard of written and spoken English.
